  20. * INSTALLATION

  22.   To install, simply copy the "X-Men 3D Screen Saver.scr" file to the
  23.   windows folder (normaly C:\WINDOWS). Then go the Display options in 
  24.   Control Panel and in the Screen Saver section select it!
  25.   Then sit back and join the evolution!

  27.   To remove simply delete the "X-Men 3D Screen Saver.scr" file from
  28.   the windows folder, but why you'd want to do this is beyond my
  29.   comprehension.

  34.   To get to the settings screen go to Display options in Control Panel and
  35.   in the Screen Saver section click on Settings.

  38. * RELEASE NOTES:

  40.   Last week I went to see the X-Men movie and I couldn't stick my thumbs
  41.   up high enough. It was great! I know basically nothing about the X-Men
  42.   besides the fact that its something I know basically nothing about,
  43.   but I've had heaps of requests for a screen saver. I had a look round
  44.   after seeing the movie and found nothing but boring looking slide shows.
  45.   (I didn't actually download any tho so if you wrote one and are
  46.   offended by the term "boring looking slide show" please don't take it
  47.   personally. I'm not talking about yours..)

  49.   Anyway, I really liked the map table effect in the movie and decided
  50.   to try it out. It worked well and looked wicked but it was slower than
  51.   giving birth to a fully grown goat. So I fiddled with it and ended up
  52.   with this. It really looks more like an ice formation now but I still
  53.   think it looks kinda cool, even if it is really just another slide
  54.   show...

  58.   Btw, this is still kinda slow if you don't have a 3D accelerator card.
  59.   But try it out and judge for yourself.

  63.   P.S. This uses the continuingly wonderous OpenGL graphics library. If
  64.   you're using an old version of Windows 95 you may need to install them.
  65.   But fear not, you can get them from our good *cough* friends at
